英语地道表达方式

上次有个客人问我，到底啥是英语地道表达？其实这个问题我也在学英语的路上经常碰到。我自己踩过的坑是，老老实实学语法、单词，结果口语总是不自然。下面我来说说我的理解。
2023年我在上海某商场，跟一个老外聊天。他那句“Could you do me a favor?”让我印象特别深。我以前学英语，总爱用“Could you help me?”感觉好像更正式。但老外说，“do me a favor”这种说法在日常生活中更常用，听起来也更自然。
再比如，说“我喜欢吃”，咱们可能就“I like eating”，但英语里他们喜欢说“I'm into food”。这个说法感觉更轻松、更符合外国人的表达习惯。
所以说，学地道表达，不光是学语法、背单词，还要多跟外国人交流，或者看些英文电影、电视剧，感受他们的日常对话。
反正你看着办，但别只会死板地翻译，得学会用他们的思维去表达。我还在想这个问题，不过这肯定是我学英语路上的一个重要方向。
